Title:

Before the sun goes down

When back to the land you come
Then look for a bed of flowers
Plant a little dream
But leave it not alone
Call your sister, call your brother
Call your closest kin
Even those not known to you
Call children, youths, adults, aged
Workers, peasants, gardener friends
Let all be here
Before the sun goes down
For time is sacred
When our burden is to march
Before taking to the road explain it well
I'm asking you to tend this dream
For weeds detest it when we plant
Manure never spare, nor water, nor care
Who journeys alone never knows where to go
But if hand in hand we artfully resow
We learn and learn: every fruit that's borne
Is for all to share
